- Please note that processing your order will approximately take 1 to 3 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and take 5 to 7 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
- This is excluding the day the order was placed, weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been packed and processed, we will automatically send an email notifying your order status and tracking number.
- International standard delivery will normally take 2-4 weeks to arrive. International express delivery is costly but provide much faster delivery. All orders are trackable, so you will know each status update on the delivery.
Tracking number will be given after the parcel already shipped out. Please visit the courier official website to track your parcel status. Once the package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for what happens to them. So you need to always double check the shipping details that you are provided to us.
Fees incurred such as duties and taxes are out of our control and are your responsibility.
Payment & refund
- All of our items are handmade and made to order, and because of this we do not accept returns under any circumstances, and we do not issue refunds for lost or damaged packages.
- Currently we only accept payment in the form of Bank tranfers and PayPal. Successful Bank transfers/ PayPal will be automatically marked as paid and you will receive an email saying your order has been successfully paid. Do take note there will be additional 5% paypal transaction.

- By purchasing this work you are agreeing to use this work only for personal use and cannot be reproduced in any way. I do appreciate to use it as a gift, however it's not okay to share it, resell it or reproduce any of the work for commercial purposes.
